Small Animal Corn Cob Bedding

Lab Supply offers Corn Cob Bedding from The Andersons and Shepherd Specialty Papers.  It can come in different sizes including 1/8″, 1/4″, or combination.  The product can be autoclaved or can be bought already irradiated.  Different size bags are available from 5lb vacuum packed bags to 1000 lb. totes.

Corn Cob is proven to encapsulate the urea salt crystals found in animal urine, controlling ammonia levels. Its sponge-like characteristics encapsulate ammonia and trap associated odors.

Porous cob material allows liquid to flow to the bottom of the cage then absorbs liquids from the bottom up.

Environmentally Friendly
